THE OLDENBURGISCHE LANDESBANK AG, PARENT COMPANY OF QUANTFS, RECEIVES NEW OWNER

The shareholders of Oldenburgische Landesbank AG (“OLB”) – parent company of QuantFS – have reached an agreement to sell the entire share capital of OLB to TARGO Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale group. Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale is a leading French cooperative bank and, based on its balance sheet total, the ninth-largest bank in the Eurozone. The transaction is subject to the usual closing conditions and approvals from regulatory authorities.
